In order to become an OptoCommerce® Web Site user, you have to be nominated by a Corning Account Manager. A nomination E-mail will be forwarded to you once you have been nominated. Once you receive this E-mail, you will need to return to this site and select Register Now
. You will need to complete the registration form and submit it to the web site. If the information you submitted matches, you will be able to immediately use the chosen username and password to access to the web site.
As an existing Corning OptoCommerce® Web Site User, please login using your current username and password in the left-hand navigation bar. Type your username into the box labeled "Username." Type your password into the box labeled "Password." Complete the login process by clicking on the "Login" button.
When you see the following messages in red: "Authentication failed. Either the username or password is incorrect. Otherwise, the user does not exist." in the "Login Failure" page, this is notification that the login information you supplied is incorrect.
- Please check to make sure the username and password you are using is correct.
- If you input your username or password incorrectly more than 5 times or if you haven't logged into the OptoCommerce® Web Site within the past 90 days, you will need to use Contact Us located in the left-hand navigation bar. This will generate an E-mail to the Corning OptoCommerce® Web Site requesting we reopen your account. You may be contacted by a Corning Representative prior to having your account reactivated.
If you already have a username and password but do not remember them, please select Forgot Password
, located in the left-hand navigation bar. You will need to enter your business E-mail address and answer the verification question that you selected in the registration form. If the information matches, your username will be displayed. You will need to choose and verify a new password. Once this is completed, you will be able to immediately use your username and your new password to access to the site.
